Mendix apps with a design-first approach.

A low-code app that truly works? We'd love to help. With our design-first strategy, we validate that we're building the right product, and we'll take you along in the process.

When is it time for a Mendix app?

Do you recognize any of these situations? Then it's often worth investing in a low-code app.

Outgrown Excel or spreadsheets
Lists are becoming slow, error-prone or impossible to share. You're looking for one central place where everyone sees the same, up-to-date information.
Digitize processes
You want requests, status updates or other workflows to run digitally, or even automatically.
Self-service for your customers
Reservations, orders or registrations: you want customers to be able to do this online themselves, 24/7, without you in between.
Team is growing, information is scattered
More people, more systems. You want everyone to have access to the same source and for no one to have to search through loose files or emails anymore.
Competition is ahead
Others are already further along with digital tools. You don't want to fall behind with outdated methods and lose customers to smarter providers.
You have an innovative idea
You see an opportunity no one else is taking. You want to turn the idea into a working app, with a partner who can tell you early what will hold up in practice.

Why work with us

Most Mendix apps are built by developers who dive straight into the tool. We do it differently: first we understand how your people work, then we design the experience, and only then do we build. That delivers software people actually want to use.

  • Contextual Inquiry: we observe users before we build anything
  • No rework: design first in Figma, validate, then implement
  • Adoption over features: we measure success by usage, not delivery
  • Catalyst design system: modern UI that attracts users instead of repelling them
  • More than 10 years of experience across diverse SME segments.

The power of Mendix

Mendix is a strong choice when you want to build multiple apps and/or have your own people develop them further. Its strength lies in transparency: pages and flows are visual and therefore much easier to understand than abstract code. This makes it easy to think along at any time and make adjustments without diving deep into the technology.

There are a few things to keep in mind though. Compared to custom development, Mendix does come with license costs, which makes it especially interesting when you want to build multiple apps in Mendix.

Catalyst: our own design system for Mendix

Catalyst is the design system we built ourselves for Mendix. Mendix gives you speed, Catalyst gives you control: it fills the gap between "it works" and "it feels good". Ready-made components, consistent styling, and a Figma library that aligns design and development.

  • No more fragmented UI: every page follows the same standards
  • Build faster: developers focus on logic, not CSS
  • Modern look that attracts users instead of repelling them

Our process

1

Understand

We map out your needs, target audience and goals clearly. What's the context? What needs to happen? We translate that into a clear action plan and initial setup.

2

Design

We turn insights into wireframes, prototypes and interactive flows, and put them in front of real users early. Their reactions tell us where to focus.

3

Implement

Only then do we start building. Iteratively, together with your team, testing with real end users and refining until the app is pleasant to use and earns its place in the workday.

4

Grow

After launch we stay involved. A solid foundation makes it easy to keep building, and we like thinking along about what could come next. If your team wants to take over, we'll teach them how we work.
