The context
App4mation builds enterprise applications for large organisations. There, Aart worked on applications for ING, Heraeus, Lidl (Schwarz IT) and Finanz Informatik.
The problem
Each client had its own landscape: existing applications, its own designs and, at ING, technical debt that slowed the application down.
The approach
Direct contact with the client: research and design first, then build.

Did UX research and created designs for Finanz Informatik, Heraeus and ING.

Built designs in Angular and designed and wrote REST APIs for Heraeus, ING and Lidl.

Found major technical debt at ING and resolved it in consultation, so the application ran faster.
