The context
SOR is a housing association for older people in Rotterdam. SOR recruits with Teamtailor; the careers site runs on Webflow.
The problem
Every vacancy had to be kept up to date in two systems, with the risk of the website lagging behind what HR put in Teamtailor.
Our approach
Teamtailor stays the only place where HR manages vacancies. The website follows automatically.

A secured webhook: whenever a vacancy is created, changed or deleted in Teamtailor, the page in Webflow is updated immediately.

Missing data such as location, hours or team is created and linked in the CMS automatically.

Twice a day, an automated test posts a test vacancy, checks that it is live and removes it again.
What we built
A small, well-monitored Node.js service that verifies the signature of every webhook, blocks replayed requests and reports through monitoring when something goes wrong.
Results
HR manages vacancies in one place. The careers site stays in step with Teamtailor, without manual work.
